Ht. 5'11, Wt. 200 - I have recently broke my leg like 2 months ago,and have been kinda limited..i have noticed that i put on 20 pounds and that i have accumulated alot of chub chub around my waist and my love handles.. I mean i used to have a 4 pack and now i have this fat stomach.. how did this happen and how can i fix this.. when i sit down my stomach folds over its horrible..can u help..how did i get these love handles and pot pelly??i mean i jiggle alot now, and i am out of breath alot too,, is this bad.. also i have these stretch marks on my stomach and sides..it feels like someone pumped me with fat..i used to b soo fit and no i have this chubby stomach and these love handles..i jiggle alot now..help please

you had a 4 pack? wow. I wish i Was like that. but anyway. do what i do. Drink soy milk, it might taste bad at first but you get used to it and it helps. then skip lunch at school, most people say thats not right, but i think it works. and about your belly fat? i have the same problem don't you just hate to see it when you change clothes?

for your height 200 pounds is not really fat
