Ht. 5"0, Wt. 159 - Ok I am 14 but they wouldnt let me post on here if I said I was 14 so ok as that one girl asked...does the SUBWAY diet work? God I hope it does cuz those sandwiches look so dang good!

no sub way diet is not good either it orduces alot of fat eat healthy not chicken they put like a small shot on it so it can grown bigger with grease dont even drink milk only low fat ok drink plenty of water

if you eat nothing but sandwatches all day wouldnt that get a little sick? I mean ther are other ways just by eating healthy. Good luck!
