Ht. 5"2 i think??, Wt. 146 - ok hey everybody.......
my name is kim and i have a HUGE problem...im very overweight! but im the only person that thinks so!! anyway,the thing is that i played volleyball and i love it! and we have 2 run A LOT during the practices so i was expecting my theighs to get smaller during the season but they didnt they just got more muscle and then now that the season is over they have gotten EVEN bigger and they arent muscular anymore! i gained like a gizzilion lb's since... PLEASE SOMEONE TELL ME WHAT TO DO!! and if u want to bemy weight loss buddy just email me indazone_65@hotmail.com....

The thing is, if you ONLY excersize you will gain muscle UNDER the fat and makes LOOK bigger. If you eat healthy foods AND excersize regurally then after a certain amout of time, it is hard to detrmine how much b/c all our bodies are different, you will lose fat. Remember, we are all different and burn fat differently so dont give up if they're arent any results in the first month or so. If you get tired, take the day off, and only excersize 3 days of the week. If you run, for example, and you legs get tired take the day off!
