Here is a way for you to find out if it is totally bad for you or good for you .First you look at the calories on what your eating then you Put up one finger for every 50 calories. Until you get to the number of calories you have on the food that you are eating.Then look at the fat that is in the food you are eating.If you are holding up the same amount of fingers as fat then it is good for you. If you are holding more fingers than fat you should only eat the portion it says. This is what my dietician ( a person who helps you lose weight) told me today.
