you can make small changes in your diet.change to no added sugar ice cream, no sugar added cookies. and Diet soda instead of sugar soda.try walking 10 minutes daily. and don't eat after 6:00I lost 20 pounds.please tell me if this helps any of you.

hey umm diet things are actually worse for u then the actual thing because the sugar achols in the icecreams and stuff are bad for you and diet soda has an ingredient that causes cancer its called aspertame. so the chemicals hurt you more then the calories
