Reply from caroline, Age 12 - 12/10/05 - IP#: 82.43.198.xxx Becky I am 11stone 3 but all you need to do is exercise put ur fav music on and dance like nobodies watching and after a month you may have lost up to a stone and just keep it up i used it and i lost a pound in a day always weigh your self before you eat anything in a day like when u wake up see if u need the loo then weigh your self good luck
