Ht. 5, Wt. 152 - that's it i can't lose weight yesterday i was 147 now im 152 help me i wanna be normal my friends call me fat and well i know im cool but a ffatboy can never be cool. and also when im on a good i just break it the next day plz i need to know how to stay away from those bad foods oh i almost forgot i really like this grl need tips how to make her like me and how to 35 pounds in two months that's when im gonna try to ask hert out

Reply from Taylor, Age 11 - 12/09/05 - IP#: 70.251.229.xxx This is me,I eat what I want,and work out.You can do that too.I'm at a pretty good weight.I would like to help you guys out.I will work with anyone between the ages of 8-15 years of age.I'm no expert,but I would like to try to help out.Limit yourself to 1 McDonalds meal a day atleast and 2 small meals such as for breakfast 2 pieces of bacon and 2 eggs,maybe with toast.Then after an hour of eating go into your room and turn up your radio or put on your favortie cd you must like the music playing!Just go along and dance like nobody watching.Dance for 1 hour;for 5 days;and then by the week is over you should of lost close to 2-3 pounds.It varies.Just my opinion.I lost 2 pounds.I'm still doing and your having fun at the same time.Don't think of it by loosing weight.Simply have fun!
