Ht. 4'11, Wt. 140 - this isnt for me even though i am over weight my friend melissa is very overweight she has loads of stretch markson her belly. when we do sterches in gym her shirt lifts up high and shows her belly. the top is to small for her any way. her shirt has ripped twise showing all her fat she doest even wear a bra and everyone laughs even the teachers they all this she is a giant mould of fat. and during other lessons she has broken chairs got stuck between the table and the chair because most of our desks are joined to the chairs. she 5'1 and i think about 250 pounds. plese help

I think it's really great that you're concerned about your friend. You should talk to her really nice about how people see her, maybe go bra shopping or something...just trt to improve her image and excersize together. Good Luck! ~Julia~
