Ht. 5'3, Wt. 175 - hey guyz, im in desparet need of tips or help on how to lose wieght.My goal is to lose 60 pounds in 6 months.6 months from noe will b a date where i can go a water amusment park with family n friendz n id relle like to look good for a boy im goin to c there. I liked him bout 2 years ago, 1 of my friends had told mi he thinkz i look pretty but im jus too fat.I was sad n was desparet to lose weight to show him judging a book by its cover will b a big mistake. so i have 6 months to go n the tyme is ticking.....im so nervous n scared. Wat if i dont get my ideal weight by then n not b able to got out with my cozin n by our new 2 piece:(, but hopefulli dat wont happen, plz help mi. signed, book cover

Reply from claire, Age 15 - 12/12/05 - IP#: 84.92.133.xxx sweetie dont worry if you don't get to a cetain weight by 6 months if you stick to a diet you will probably be able to loose 60lbs, but even if you dont, dont stress because you will have still lost a lot of weight and he will see a difference in your weight loss! the secret is water!! and eating healthy and exercising but the main 1 is water! you still need to eat healthy and exercise though! set out a weekly plan of what you will eat during the day and when you will exercise to keep yourslef on track. If you don't know what sort of healthy food to eat ask for help from an older family member! and the most important thing is to stick to your healthy eating, exercising and drinking a lot of water.
