one excercize you can do is dance to music and make up your own moves. Also, try doing the movement that the ab lounge does. it is kind of like a crunch.

when ur watching tv, do sit ups/crunches.
jog every morning
eat healthy

u need to lose about 60 pounds so u better start working out really good and eating helthy and if u have big thighs u better start 2 run
