Ht. 5"2, Wt. 182 - hi. i was wondering what kind of exercises to do along with cutting back on food. walking is a given, but what else are you to do?

one thing that is fun to do and is also excersize is dancing to music. You could make up your own moves.

i personally do 20 sit-ups and do about 20 crunches
