fruits and veggies! they seriously help
try jogging every morning
and remember, muscle weighs more than fat, so if you find yourself not losing as much weight, but looking great, you are doing a great job! (haha that rhymes!)

you should try som,e yoga,pilates,or kick boxing.If u want to do kick boxing you should tae-bo.HE Rocks!!
you will mack you shed pounds in 2 weeks.But you also haveto do your part and eat right and do what he dose on the tapes,He also gives tips if you have problems doing somethings.He Rocks!! GO TAE-BO YEAH!!!!!!

Drink 8 glasses of water a day it is very hard but it helps u lose wieght
