Ht. 5'7, Wt. 235 - ok its coming in 2 days that we are off for christmas break for 2 weeks does anyone have a diet plan that would work for that time frame i dont kare what it is b cause im off of school and i have the time to work out and everything so PLEASE HELP!!!

Reply from Brittany, Age 12 - 12/22/05 - IP#: 70.252.92.xxx Hi, you may think because i am younger than you i may not know as much, well here's what you should do.Every day get up in the morning and eat something not really that sweet. then go outside and play for a little while,like run around the yard a couple of times. then go inside and do about 10-20 sit-ups if you can you also need to not drink any cokes. my aunt lost 15lbs in 7 days by not drinking cokes.so if you want a diet plan just eat health foods like friut or a salad and i don't mean starving yourslef just eat healthy.try is for a couple of days and see how it goes.
