Ht. 5'0, Wt. 125 - I want to look cool this summer in a two piece but my stomach sticks out big time does anyone have any tips so i can lose a little weight?

Reply from Tia, Age 14 - 12/22/05 - IP#: 4.238.230.xxx Yea I have a couple tips that might help you out. 1) Drink alot of water, and lay off the soda, ice teas, and other caffine drinks.2)You could do 10-20 sit ups in a day. Try to do as many as you can. 3) Try to walk or exercise alot. The thing that helps me out is since I have no time to go for a walk I just go in my room and just dance to a song or sogs that I like that way you are still moving around and you are still exercising.
