Ht. 5"2, Wt. 125 - hey, some people might not think i am overweight, but when i look in the mirror, i just see rolls of flab and stare at myself for bout 30mins, i no, it sounds really sad but i can't help it. I always wear a long skirt coz i feel as if it dusn't make me seem as big. i tried the reverse diet when you eat a really big meal in the morning then a normal lunch and the equavilent of breakfast and dinner and i found it worked. Does anyone know of any ways to exercise inside the house coz i am not allowed outside as it is to cold! thanks

I would like to tellyou a better way to diet. Try weight watchers. they have ther own web site www.weight watchers.com YOU CAN EVEN EAT SWEETS THAT TASTE GREAT!!
