i have 2 have a special desk at school cauze im 12 & 263 lbs. help me loose and not ginn my nicknames r blobby,fatty,fat stuff,elephant,giant,biggie fry, and floor breaker. Kids say who ate out at a buffet last night oh nevermind we all know who did fatty!!fatty patty were having pork chops 4 lunch do u want my fat in it? Im sick of it HELP!!!

being a teenager is hard. I know im 17 and weigh 240 i lost 30 pounds over summer vacation but still have a lot more to go. But as you get older and get into high school you will see that kids really dont care how fat you are or simple things like that as much like they do in middle school. So if you really are dedicated into losing weight i would suggest keeping a food journal and exercise. And make healthy food choices instead of chips eat a apple you dont have to sacrifice everything you like. Make a deal and goal plan.Start small though. Like say you want to lose 5 pounds in 2 weeks and you accomplish that reward yourself by eating a small bag of baked chips. If you stick to it you should accomplish your goals. Just remember that it takes time you wont lose all the weight overnight so dont get frustrated and feel like nothing is working! You can do it..

Patty, i am border line over weight and i found this site thinking it was easy ways to lose weight, well there are none, people in school can be very cruel. what ever you do, dont cave in. its hard to tell someone not to listen to everyone elses hurtful words, but if you let people make fun of you and put you down, you have no chance. im sure you are a sweet girl, and im sure you are more beautiful then you view yourself. i have faith in you, just work hard and use my words as motivation.

I know how hard it is to be over weight. I am finally thin now and i got to tell you .... talking to a doctor helps. you should really speak to someone you trust about your weight. It's not about what you look like , it's about how you Feel, being healthy is great in many ways... a Doctor will help you feel good about your self . It might take some time ... but it's worth it!

Hi i manda and i weigh 200.I get made fun of all the time because i am not skinny.But what can help you is eat good food and excersise!I will guarentee you it will work!
