Reply from Elizabeth, Age 12 - 01/03/06 - IP#: 70.230.164.xxx yeah, i do. lift slowly- it will help alot more. also if you do your entire body one day don't do it the next. but you can do like your upper half and then your lower half on seperate days if you want to work out every day. and it's good to be sore the next day cus that means your muscles got sore and will get stronger.
