Ht. 5'3, Wt. 170 - Hi!! I need to lose weighht 4 the summer. I mean I look so ugly. I want to wear a bikini when I go to florida this summer. I have a tredmill and run 1 1/2 miles a day. I have a half of a bagel 4 breakfast and like 10 chips and water for luch and then for dinner chicken,potato, broccoli and water or caffine free diet pepsi. Wat should I do. 2 lose weight u cant starve yerself. u need 2 eat about 5 times a day (w/ small meals and hearty snax). oterwis yer metabolism wil go down.

hey uuhhmmmm........u should eat more than 10chips fur lunch.thats not enough....u should eat like a healthy sandwich ur w\e and fruit....not chips..thats not enough!!!!!
