Ht. 6ft, Wt. 245 - hi i am 13 and i really want to lose weight because i am 245 pounds and i really need a diet that is free and it will make me lose weight and i really need to lose the weight in 4 months,and i really really need to lose about 60 pounds, is there anyone that can hlep me?

Try the special-k cereal diet i have lost 13lbs in 8 days. Or try the tuna in a can or the chicken in a can diet with a little bit of mayo it worked for me and I bet it will work with you. E-mail me at edenissparadise@yahoo.com
