Ht. 5'8, Wt. 220 - I h8 being fat. i just started to be cocerned about it today wen i measured my self and read 220 lbs! i was shocked. im trying to find a way to lose pounds and look better before high school got any hints?

hey i am sick of bing ovaweight too. i hav lost 3-4 lbs by using portion control. ps 1 good meal 4 diet is a lean cuisine with an apl & a 100 cal. pack. good luk
