Ht. i am not sure, Wt. 231 - Guess what1 i lost 2 pounds1 i keep doing the same routine everyday, and it's a huge sucess! i you would like to know my routine, just respond to this message, and i will put a letter up just for you, with your name in it. all you have to do, is tell me your daily routine, how much you weigh, and what you look like(not like what color your hair and eyes are, but how you look with your weight) i will make a different routine for each of you. remember, i read all messages every day, even if they are super long, or super short. just follow the routine every day, and maybe even make up some new excercize plans.also, if you are bored of your routine, just respond, and i will make a new one for you. i used to be 290, and am now 231. if you would like to lose pounds, just respond. i guarantee you good results!

To Elizabeth, you are only at risk of becoming overweight. You should not be worried about your weight yet. To Alexa, I am 10, weigh 150 lbs. and am 5'3". I have a big stomach and so-so thighs. Would you please make up a good routine for me? I can use weights, a treadmill, or my self. Thank you so so so so much! :>) Lindsey

Hey im the same age as u r! Ok i weigh 160 pounds...its really confusing to keep track because it changes alot like sometimes i weigh 164-155.Yeah so i eat 4 times a day and i just excersize at school and when i come back from school i barely do anything since i dont have friends who live near me so i cant play or do anything fun outside.. so i just watch tv making me lazy lol.Well i dont really look like i weigh 160 i tell people i weigh 140 and they actually believe me..I have muscle in my stomach im guessing becuz all the jeans i have r loose!
