Ok, this message is healthy tips and an excersize plan for Emma. first of all, i know this is off subject, but you have a very pretty name! ok,1.while you are wathcing t.v, do the bycicle excersize the whole show(you can take breaks)2.jump rope excersizes all the muscles in your body. i had alot of fun doing a few(3or4)jump rope contests. if you feel like you are going to collapse, its ok. that's how i felt, but you are fine. 3. have a healthy snack, like a fruit, vegtable, or some salad (with a small serving of healthy dressing, if you like dressing)4.if you drink water, you get less hungry. try playing a game of tug- o -war with a friend(if you get rope burn, then play for 4-5 times, and in between drink a small water bottle and wash your hands with cold water.5.have a running race or two with some friends, and try hopping, wheelbarrow races, and even crawling Have fun, and tell me how good it is after a few days! bye!
