Reply from Audrey, Age 14 - 10/06/03 - IP#: 211.29.113.xxx if you want to lose weight fast well eat healthy food like fruits, go for a walk everyday and exercise make sure u dont eat chips, lollies, and drink coke it bad for you well you can eat little bit but not that much. but the most important thing is walking it good for you, my friend name stepie she's only 14 years old and she was ovr weight, she started to eat fruits and everyday she goes for a walk around the streets like for examples she wakes up in the morning she goes then night she goes again and now she got the best body and she now has a boyfriend.
Reply from Samantha, Age 12 - 08/01/03 - IP#: 4.4.52.xxx HEY!Do 25-50 crunches a day. do that for about 1 month and see where you are on your weight/waistline.also, jump rope for 2 minutes straight, 5 minutes, 7 minutes, 10 minutes. if u do 500 crunches a day 2 times a year andthink u r making progress, think again. that just leaves sore muscels and gives you no progress. join a swim team or swim laps in your pool or local pool. i swear itll help if you promise urself that u'll stick to it!
