Reply from .., Age 15 - 02/07/06 - IP#: 69.245.247.xxx i do....lay flat on ur back and u bend ur right knee to ur chest (with ur head and shoulders still on the ground)then do teh same with ur left and then you push bac out ur right leg then ur left and hold ur legs in the air for 3 seconds. the count is up, up, out, out, 1,2,3 down..do 3 sets of ten and onj the tenth one of each set instead of holdin ur legs up for 3 seconds...u hold it for 10. Also, (these ones are harder) you do it like an acoridan...you raise your shoulders and upper body to meet your knees halfway up ur body. both are very good results if done every ngiht and u eat healthy
