Ht. 5'3", Wt. 153 - Today's menu... Breakfast- 1 peice of apple toast, 2 sausage links with milk Lunch- South Beach Diet lunch, sugar snap peas, alphabet cookies, sugar-free jello with diet coke Dinner- not so good... Mc D Mighty Kid's Meal chicken nuggets, apple dippers, and a diet coke. Not too bad, not too good. Please post your opinion! Thank you soooo much!

i think thats good but remember to ecercise (work out) atleast 2-3 times a week but a good day for you
