Ht. 5'5, Wt. 170 - okay so, i really want to lose some weight quick. like before spring break (1 month) yeah. okay i try to lose weight alot. but im always really busy. i play tennis with my coach like 1-3 x's a week. and i really have no time to workout. and i cant controll myself like when im eating. i always over eat or eat bad things. i only want to lose like 10 lbs for spring break. but then i have this beauty pageant coming up in like july 6. so i really want to be around 130 lbs and im like 170lbs now..is that a good goal or is that to much? and what is a good way to lose weight ? i really need help. please reply and give some advise or tips. thanks

jogging, rollerblading, CARDIO--it works the best

oh yeah. i just posted the next one. is it okay that i eat school lunch or no? because i dont eat breakfast cause i dont have time so i eat school lunch wich i think is okay and dinner.so yeah should i brings my own luch if so what? or do you think that school luch is okay?
