AVOID MEATS,JUNKFOOD,SODA&RESTAURANTS.U CAN HAVE A PIECE OF FAT FREE CAKE OR CANDY A DAY.MAKE SUGAR AN ENEMY ON YOUR FOOD CHART.MAKE A FOOD CHART SO U WILL KNOW WHAT 2 EAT.TRY WRITING DOWN THE CALORIES.FOOD WITH ONLY 140 CALORIES WOULD BE GOOD 2 EAT IN THE MORNINGS.HAVE A SCRAMBLED EGG&SOME TOAST IN THE MORNINGS WITH A CUP OF MILK.SNACK-APPLE.LUNCH-PB&J WITH CUT APPLES.DINNER-CHICKEN STIRFRY.BEDTIME SNACK-FAT FREE MILK WITH A SANDWICH.WATCH IT WITH SALT&ICECREAM.SALT IS MADE IN FAST FOOD FRIES AT McDONALD'S.STAY AWAY FROM McDONALD'S.TEH FOOD MAY LOOK GOOD BUT IT ISN'T GOOD 4 UR BODY.EAT SOME PROTEIN SNACKS.WHEN U EAT CARROT STICKS,DON'T EAT THEM WITH DIP.DIP ADDS 300 CALORIES AT LEAST 2 UR SNACK.WHEN U EAT PANCAKES,DON'T EAT THEM WITH SYRUP.THAT'S SOMETHING I HAD 2 LEARN THE "HARD" WAY.I DON'T WANT ANY 1 YOUNGER THAN ME SITTING ON THE COUCH EATING ALL DAY.GET ACTIVE.JUMPROPE,SKIP,RUNLAPS,SWING ANYTHING.DON'T KEEP EATING&WACTHING TV ALL DAY.ON UR FOOD CHART WRITE DOWN ALL THE HEALTHY FOODS U WILL EAT TODAY.1 UNHEALTHY FOOD SPOILS THE WHOLE GROUP.BE CAREFUL WHAT U EAT!
