Ht. 5'3", Wt. 155 - I think I did well today, Breakfast: PB&J Lunch:Chef's salad Snack: Apple Dinner: Chicken, rice, and broccili with a diet coke Dessert: Skinny Cow Ice Cream Sandwich. (140 cals., 1.5 grams of fat)
Plus, I did BYou 4 times, Toning 4 Teens day 1 workout, and hip-hop dance from my MissFit video. How do ou think I did? Please post! Thanks!

I got my Toning 4 Teens book on Amazon.com along with The Diet For Teenagers Only for about $30, MissFit at MissFitVideo.com, and BYou at Wal-Mart. I did BYou four times because it's just plain fun and Toning for Teens you are supposed to do 4-6 days a week. Plus I did MissFit because Breana (who spent the night yesterday) wanted to. I do not have a special workout, I just do what I feel like would be good.
