Ht. ?, Wt. 185 - whenever i put on my bathing suit, i look fat. i want to look good in a two peice also. me and my sister are both overweight and both weigh more than my 16 year old brother, who looks thin and handsome in a bathing suit(or whatever those are called for boys) i want to be thin, and not wear such big clothes, please help me.

not to be harsh but if u wanna not look fat in a bathing suit then u got to just loose the big belly.

Well, if you excersize enough nd eat a little healthier, you won't really lose much weight, but you'll look awesome! The reason is that muscle weighs more than fat since it contains more water. Good luck with whatever you chose to do!
