Ht. 5/7, Wt. 260 - does anyone have some cool looseing weight ideas??? some that will want you to keep on track??

Take a cut-out of your ideal body, paste your face on it, and put it on any place you get food from. Or, like me, you can put your goal weight on the wall calender on a resonable date and work your way to it. That way you'll never forget. I have "size 11" on February 28, for example. I am just getting started again so I won't make it. I hope this helps!
