Ht. 5"5, Wt. 169.8 - i am pretty overweight and have always wanted to be a cheerleader in highschool so i have to loose weight. does anyone have any workout tips i can do to loose weight? please reply! ps. i am afraid if i workout i will gain weight in musles.

if you know how to do gymnastics just start doing those, it will help loose weight and prepare you for cheerleading in high school

don't use a scale, it will depress you. use a measuring tape because then you can tell if you've lost fat and if the scale says you havn't lost any or even gained then it's probably muscle whch is good. muscle is denser than fat so you will be stronger and leaner but actually might weigh more.
