Ht. 5 2 , Wt. 127 - caitrin, what u do is do 20 crunches,20 sit ups, 20 windmills, 20 jumping jacks, 100 jump ropes, and go to your library and get the magazine Prevention in july 2004. they have really good tips to make your stomach flatter and butt tighter.
