Ht. 5'4, Wt. 175-180 - Hey guys i have tryed everyhting and i can't stick to it! i am trying to lose wieght so bad but i love a big butt! I wanna keep it big butt but i want my thighs and stomache just a little smaller! If you have any tips that are easy and FREE! than please help me! I have try websites and everything and they are way to HARD!

hey..... if you want to lose weight on your thighs and stomach go JOGGING! Its really easy my friend and I always go and we ALWAYS see hot guys rideing there bike or hanging out. You wont lose your butt if you go jogging . Jogging only burns off the extra fat you don't need. Not your butt. Thats sounds stupid when I say it. Lol. But try it, its easy you only have to go 2times a week. Try it on tues. & thrus. or Sat morning and sun. mornings! Try it! It works

Try going on chair-dancing.com. I don't know what it is but I got the website from "The Diet For Teenagers Only." It is supposed to be a good aerobic workout for those who are really overweight.
