Ht. 5'3, Wt. 220 - im very overweight and now have diabetes i kepp eating sugar and my blood sugar is way out of control the doctors say if i do not stop eating sugar, they will have to hospitalize me

dont just stop.... unless you are totally told to just start cutting you sugar in half then you will get accustomed to geting less
