Ht. 5' 6, Wt. 147 - ok, I'm going to try something new. i'm calling it the "water diet." no, im not going to be only living on water but I'm only going to drink water and skim milk and then eat healthy and try not to have any deserts because there always seems to be a time when I have a desert accidentaly.
