Ht. 5'6, Wt. 130 - I have weight loss tips.I started out as a 200 pounder. Then i read about losing weight.. you dont do it by starvation. Start by joing dance, or a sport. Make sure it happens 2 times or more during the week.. if u cant afford ths then u need to make time at home. If this is not enought do a rountine like moniques.. i did similar just more crunches. Then cut down un junk food.. give it away alltoghter.. if u cant manage that then just eat smaller portions.

hey kelsey I think she already lost weight by doing these tips. she isnt uncomfortable with herself she's giving us good tips that helped her.
