Ht. 5'7, Wt. 200 - Me and my twin are both very overweight. Im afraid that we will be come the next heaviest twins in the world record book. Ive tried a diet but it is not working and my twin sarietta needs to lose even more weight than me. Its soo hard to exercise. Should I do jogging or dance for an activity. i need serious help.

yea i think u should, i lost 7 lbs by walking my dog and watching what i ate
