Ht. 5'2, Wt. 165 - Hey all, im new to this but thought it would be neat to talk to others like me , well im totally overweight for my age, i walk home everyday which takes me 10 mins and about 1/2 mile , when i get home i moderately walk 1 mile a day on my tredmill i need ideas on whats healthy to eat to get down to my goal(135) im just looking to lose 5 pounds every 2 weeks to get to 135 before october or a lil bit before then which has to be more than possible so now i need your guys ideas on what to eat in the morning , lunch , after school , dinner?? lunch is the hardest thing because we have a snack bar and the lunch line just serves like chicken , pizza and hamburgers . i usually get gatorade , chips , n a candy bar. but for like a week im been replaceing my gatorade for a bottle of water and chips for low fat and candy bar for a granola bar (chocalte chip) thats all they have in granola bars , i also stopped drinking like 2 cans of soda now i just drink water , sry so long but i need sum help on how to eat healthy any websites , of any advice on any bodys diet that helped them lose weight okay thanks and you can reply here or email me at fireballsrock@webtv.net
