Ht. 5'5", Wt. 156 - I am really fat I cannot lose weight and have a obese stomach and 3 fat folds any suggestions

Join a sport. Like softball. Soccer might be a little to much and you might get tired to easily. softball is perfect. also, plan your daily meals. Like, for breakfast a granola bar and milk. then for lunch have a bowl of fruit.....then for a snack before dinner because lunch and dinner are usually the farest meals apart have an apple. have junk food like cake and chips (you know, high fat foods) ocasionally. i hope i helped.
