Ht. 4'9, Wt. 150 - hey guys and gals (or whatever floats your boat lol) i really need help..im puttin on weight like crazy and im only eatin 1500 calories a day!I need a really good excersice plan that burns fast and only takes about 15 mins a day...PLEEZ COMMENT BACK IM IN DESPERATE NEED!

Are you kidding, Jessica? You need way more than 1000 calories a day!!! And I highly recommend that you stop your "diet". Instead, make a lifestyle change. If you eat 1000 calories a day for the rest of your life, you are going to be hungry!!!! But, yeah, 15 minutes isn't that long. The only thing I can really think of is walking or running. I would try to make it at least 30 minutes, though.

It is good to excersize 20 mins. a day at least. I think that if you can, get a workout video (May I suggest MissFit at missfitvideo.org? It has stuff for 20 mins.) and do that 2-5 days a week. Once you get bored you can get a new one! And another good thing is a yoga class, or video. You stretch and get lean muscle mass, while reducing stress. A really good calorie burning workout is kick-boxing. Ok, sorry for putting a long-ish post! Hope I helped!

u should eat about 1000 when your dieting but slowing cut back that will make you loose more weight <3
