well you can do it with a workout plan such as...
Monday-20 minutes of cardio Tuesday-30minutes of cardioWednesday-20 minutes of pilates Thursday- upper body strenghth (like lifting weights)Friday- take a brreather but DO NOT EAT JUNK FOOD! Saturday-10 minutes of cardio and maybe a cupcake or a banana or something and then on Sunday-do a variety of excercises and run a lap around the house(or if you live in a developement run a couple of blocks) and then repeat on Monday! itll work out I sware!
