Ht. 5'3", Wt. W:156 N:155 G:130 - Ugh, I gained all but one pound back. I have been excersizing a lot too! Well, maybe I just gained muscle weight or something. I'll eat better this week. Speaking of eating well, here is what I've had today... Breakfast: PB&J Snack: 2 mini hhershy bars, smaller than "fun size" Lunch: Lean Cuisine Santa Fe Rice and Beans, 10 strawberries, and a Diet Coke. I haven't had dinner yet 'cause it's only 3:00 pm. Oh, and I did 10 mins. of yoga and 10 mins. of cardio hip-hop. How's that? Thanks, and good luck to ya'll!

yeah, you probably gained muscle. thats good cause if someone says your fat when its really muscle than youll be able to demonstrate your muscle mass. ;)
