Ht. 5 ft, Wt. 202.5 - please can somebody help me. my weight is 202.5 and i don't like it and i do play softball but i don't lose anything. see my family but my mom and step dad and step brother are as big as me. so on my dad's side of the family are very BIG. and that is what me and my sister is BIG. and i need some help because i am going to 7 grade and i don't won't to look like this. so here is my e-mail address, tulloola1022@ yahoo.com so please help me.

You can ask your family to try to lose weight as a team. And you probably didn't lose weight because you didn't eat very healthfully. You can't lose weight by just excersizing a little bit...
