Ht. 5'7, Wt. 254 - so far this is my day for breakfast i had a bowl of special k ceral and skim milk with 1 toast and a little peanut butter for lunch i had 1 and a half tuna fish sandwiches with strawberries and a few tortilla chips thats where i messed up then i burned 1100 calories on the cybek arc trainer did i do good or bad so far today
