Ht. 5'3, Wt. 136 - Hey everyone. Ok i have been trying to lose weight (about 20-25 lbs) and i can't seem to lose any of it. ANd if you say i am skinny i am not..I have had a belly my hole life and can't really seem to lose this baby fat. I have tryed to do fitness and still does not help. I really need some help! I need to get slim before the summer comes! So if u have any ideas or just suggestions plese comment me. Thanks, Kaeli

I am trying to lose weight, and I am going for a loss of 7-12 pounds by June 1st for a total loss of 10-15 pounds. The reason I say this is that if you choose to still lose weight you need to do it slowly by eat ing 500 cals. less, excersizing 500 cals. off, or doing a mix. Just be sure to be healthy!
