Hi everybody, I don't want to bother u but i have a question. I am going to tell u my plan for what i am going to eat today. Can u tell me if i am eating too much or not too much... thanx. ok...B-bowl of oatmeal, and banana w/orange juice. S-a few animal crackers. L-tuna noodle salad with water. S-bottle of water, maybe a few more animal crackers. D-Turkey, veggies, a little bit of stuffing and mash potatoes, and skim milk. How is that? ~jenna~

i think that is a very healthy plan but my sis is a health teacher and she said to only eat one snack a day so, when that snack time comes eat a little more crackers
