IF I KNEW YOU GUYZ I WOULD HUG U ALL RIGHT NOW!!!! IVE LOST OVER 100 POUNDS!!! I HAVENT BEEN ON 41 YEAR BECUASE ITS BEEN GOING SOO MUCH let me tell you my secret.... go to mypyramid.gov and it will show u the new food pyramid!!! i followed that for 1 year and lost over 100 pounds and its not a diet... its more of a lifestyle once you start doing it it becomes part of your normally rotine..!!! thank u guyz sooo much!!

I am very proud of you! OMG I remember when were both be overweight. I have not made any progress really except I did lose 5 pounds and then gained it back. Good job with your weightloss!
