Ht. 5'4'', Wt. goal:120 - hey guys ok so basically i am HELLA pissed, so i got me period so i only lost 4 pounds this week, when wanted to lose 7, so now i feel like i have to make up for my period weight. so pretty much this week i want to lose 5-7 pounds. to the girls on here what do you guys do to get motivation when you are on your period, cause i know that when i am on mine i don't want to do anything, well get back at me

Yes, I do not understand why people put such large goals! 4 lbs. is a lot and you feel bad about it because you wanted to lose 7! This is what I mean when I say you will feel like a faliure!

I know what u mean i really don't like getting my PMS but I'm gonna get it soon, and you regain water during that time so try not to eat anything with a lotta salt, and u might get massive cravings for bread and chocolate so the week before i recommend dising the chocolate and cutting back on bread. believe it or not stuides show that 45 min exercize during your period helps you feel better! oh and anne's right slow down and take your weight loss easy! :)

woah slow down. 2-3 lbs a week is batter, more realistic and healthier goal. god- what's your plan so that you're lsojgn so much? are you eating enough???

sorry! that was my post, but yeah i just got off mine a few days ago, and depending on how long yours lasts, take a break it worked for me and i still lost about 7.5 lbs. mine only lasts about 3/4 days. it feels horrible you need to treat yourself once in a while. good luck! =P

ugh i feel like CRAP. i did awesome today besides a small thing of candy, and ive been working out every day. but i didnt really eat before iw ent to church at about 6 and i didnt plan on eating when i got home cause i dont eat after 630 but when i got home i ate 2 spoons of plain yogurt with granola on top, 3 handfuls of mini wheats, and 2 servings of pretezels with some water. ughhhhhhhhh :(
