Although surgery is easy, always try to lose weight with a diet first. For you, try to cut out 50 calories tomorrow, and stay on that for a while. Or, try replacing 1/8 of the junk with veggies and fruit (fruit is sweet, so it may work better). When you get to say 400 lbs, try to add movement. About 10 jumping jacks or leg lifts is good. I hope I helped, just remember I am there for you. I feel bad for you, just remember you can win the battle of obesity!

Remember that guy 'Vince' who awhile back posted about his "400 lb. daughter"? Well, 'Kelly,' you probably do, because you are that guy. At least, 99.9999% chance you are. What are the odds that the first seven numbers in your IP address are the same as his? Ummm... one in a million, literally. Yet they are. And both posts are allegedly about morbidly obese kids. Most likely, you post this stuff for perverted sexual pleasure. Hopefully, you just post it to screw with people. But even that is horrible. You are sick, whoever you are. Please stay away from these forums.
Everyone, if this person approaches you in chat rooms, or asks for your email, or something like that, DO NOT GIVE IT OUT.

the usual stuff. people are always asking HOW to lose weight. everyone knows HOW. stop eating junk, and starting drinking a whole lot of water. add in excersize. eat smaller portions.
