Ht. 6'0, Wt. 220 - mini wheats for breakfast Lunch-nothing dinner-a 1 1/2 can of peas, a hamburger and a can of diet coke...it might not sound like alot of food but i feel horrible and gross like im a big fat failure...:-(

That's WAY too much food...if you are anorexic. But no, that's too little food even for a diet. You need to eat lunch and a snack! Your metabolism must suck.

dont feel gross! you should be really PROUD of yourself for reconizing what to do. If i were intaking like 3000 calories a day then yeah id feel gross, but you should be happy that your eating right. great job and good luck!
